Whatever you are
celebrating
Tell us the date and the guest count. We will tell you honestly what works at that size, what it takes to run it, and what we would do differently.
Every gathering
we cover
Not sure which one you are planning, or whether it needs a full setup? That is exactly what the consultation is for.
Birthdays & celebrations
The everyday celebrations that matter most. We scale the setup to the room and the guest count, whether that is a backyard for twenty or a rented hall for a hundred and fifty.

- Graduations
- Anniversaries

Not sure yet
Most people who call us have a date, a rough number and no idea what it should look like. That is normal, and it is the best moment to talk — before anything is booked.

- Timeline
We advise first,
quote second
Most mistakes in event planning happen before anyone is hired: the wrong guest count for the room, a menu that cannot be served hot to that many people, a timeline with no room to breathe.
What the room can hold
How many people actually fit, seated and standing, and what that means for service style.
What can be served well
Some menus work beautifully for forty and fall apart at two hundred. We will tell you which is which.
What it will cost
A full quote with the service charge and HST broken out separately, so nothing appears at the end.
Before you ask
How far ahead should I book?
Weddings and quinceañeras are usually booked six to twelve months out, especially for summer dates. Birthdays and corporate events are often two to six weeks. If your date is close, ask anyway — we keep some capacity open.
Do you travel outside Toronto?
Yes. We serve the whole GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and Oakville. Travel beyond that is possible and is quoted separately.
Can you work at my venue?
In most cases yes. Some venues have exclusive catering contracts or require specific insurance, so send us the venue name early and we will check before you sign anything.
What about dietary restrictions?
They get designed into the menu rather than handled as an afterthought. Tell us what your guests need and we build around it.
Do you provide tables, chairs and linen?
Yes, rentals can be included in the quote so you are not coordinating three suppliers.
